WORDS WITH KIM
My name is Kim D Tran; the family consist of two older brothers and the parents and I am of Vietnamese nationality currently residing in Australia. Since coming into high school life hasn't been very smooth for me with lots of family and financial problems but somehow I'm still managing to pull through. I'm on my last year of University as a Medicinal Chemistry student but still don't know what life has in store for me.I've never been popular or fitted in anywhere but I'm happy with my small circle of friends. When starting to upload videos onto YouTube I felt like I've met people with similar interests for the first time. Even though I'm still a wee bit anti-social I'm so happy to have met all these people on the YouTube crafting community. Although I'm currently heading towards the science/pharmaceutical industry one of my dream jobs is still to open my own boutique that sells my own clothes and toys with a little cafe in the corner.

Kim, owner of Yimmo89 has garnered nearly 900 subsribers on YouTube and a total of over 31 000 views on her channel. She has quite the crafty hand with her amazing tutorials which are perfectly excuted and straight to the point which makes it really easy for beginners. I am especially inlove with her craft updates because everything she shows are made with such intricacy, you start to question if they are all from a dream. Kim's story intrigued me as she has used craft as an outlet to grow. Such an inspiration.

WORDS WITH CARMEN

I'm just a normal girl who just joined the craft community around June last year. I love to try all kinds of craft but I totally love to make plushies because they are cute. I make felt plushies and also amigurumi. I love both as much but amigurumi takes more time than felt plushies. I wish to share with everyone my love for craft.

Carmen is such a colorful and cute Asian girl who originates from Malaysia and recently started doing voice over tutorials to further engage her viewers with higher quality tutorials. She has over 830 subscribers on YouTube and it is so clear that all her fans absolutely love her work. Carmen has a different take on the things that she makes and from what I see, she loves fairy tales and translates them into mini felt and amigurumi plush toys. Her recent dedication to her subscribers by taking a step forward and trying voice over tutorials shows how passionate she is about spreading the word of craft on YouTube and is absolutely  amazing ! Definitely worth the subscribe for a rising star with talent like  hers.

Chelsie From RagPrincessSews

Words From Chelsie
Hi, I'm Chelsie! I usually go by UnluckyPrincess or RagPrincessSews online. I'm 24 years old and live in the great Northwest of the United States. I grew up with crafty aunts (Dad's side) and a very crafty mother, so it has forever been in my blood. Art class usually was my favorite subject; and throughout school I was always known as the creative one. In my late teens I really struggled on what I wanted to do with my life, but my passion has always been with the creativity that crafting has to offer. After graduating high school, I ended up going straight into a local community college and got my Associates in Technical Arts for Integrated Multi-Media, majoring in film making. My dream job is to be a writer, director, and producer of major motion pictures, just like my primary inspiration Tim Burton. But after college I had a really hard time finding work. I got interviewed at a movie theater and Michaels craft store, but never got the call back. I ended up just filling all my time with crafting. I got into polymer clay for the first time, then back into plush making, and then eventually amigurumi. But about two years ago my grandma went through a lot of struggles with her health. So last year I ended up leaving my parents place to move in and take care of her. It's been very stressful but I use my love of crafting as medicine to get me through the hard times.

Chelsie who makes videos as RagPrincessSews on YouTube is a talented, well rounded craft artist. She does all sorts of crafts and has a creative channel to prove it. To date, Chelsie has over 600 subscribers on YouTube and has garnered over 30 000 views. She channels her energy into teaching people of all ages and is definitely worth a watch. Her high quality tutorials and easy step by step guide makes it easy for amateurs to follow and takes the time to answer questions which are posted on her videos.
